These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Dumpster Rental In Huntsville. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This website provides information about dumpster rental and debris removal services available in Huntsville, Alabama and nearby communities, and a way to request an estimate. Using the site or submitting a form does not create a booking, a contract for services, or any obligation on either side. A job is only agreed when we have confirmed it with you directly.
Estimates and pricing
Any figures shown on this website — including the cost guides on our service pages — are general planning ranges, not quotes. Actual pricing depends on container size, rental period, material type and weight, property location, access conditions, disposal charges, and other job-specific factors. Only a written or verbally confirmed estimate given for your specific job is binding, and it may be revised if the scope of the work turns out to be different from what was described.
Accepted and prohibited materials
Some materials cannot be placed in a dumpster or accepted for removal, including but not limited to hazardous waste, flammable liquids, solvents, paint, asbestos, medical waste, tires, batteries, refrigerants, and certain electronics. Requirements vary by material and by disposal facility. You are responsible for telling us accurately what you intend to dispose of. If prohibited material is found in a container, additional charges or refusal of collection may apply.
Weight and fill limits
Containers have both volume and weight limits. Loading above the fill line, or exceeding the agreed weight allowance, may result in additional charges or prevent the container from being collected safely.
Placement and access
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible, reasonably level, and clear at the agreed time, and for obtaining any permission or permit required to place a container — including from a homeowners' association, landlord, or local authority where the container will sit on a public right of way. Placing a heavy container on a driveway, lawn, or paved surface carries a risk of surface marking or damage; where you direct us to place a container, that risk is yours.
